Shipping Information

Delivery by courier/carrier

All goods are delivered to the address stated at the time of ordering.

For tailor-made products, please allow 10-14 days from the date of order. 

Expect to receive ‘made-to-order’ products usually within 7-10 days.  

(Please note:  sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a slight delay in your order, if this is the case, we will keep you informed of the progress).  (Please note:  in line with The Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2013, you should expect no longer than 30 days to receive the entirety of your order). 

Standard delivery is between 8.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.  

Standard delivery includes our Free delivery service of orders made in excess of £799.99 exc. VAT (this is valid for the UK mainland only).  We are sorry but we cannot offer free delivery to other areas at this time.  The following carriage charges (where applicable) will be applied at checkout. 

Any import charges charged at customs is payable by all customers.

Please note:  any orders not placed through this online shop, will pay a carriage charge applicable to their order regardless of the above values, this will be advised at the time of quoting.

PLEASE NOTE ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE CARRIER COMPANIES WE USE

We use Viamaster/other for pallet deliveries to the UK mainland only and DPD/other for single/smaller consignments.  Our products are sent out in good faith and occasionally goods are misrouted, lost in transit or may be subject to delays beyond our control. 

IMPORTANT:  If the contents of your parcel are for installation on site, we do not recommend you schedule any work until you have received the goods.  We will not be held responsible or be liable for any compensation for any losses, damages, charges or expenses as a result of any delay of delivery.

Collection

You can collect for FREE from us at the following address:

 Collection Times:  8.00 am to 4.00 pm

Before you set off to collect from us, please telephone us first on 01924 33 55 30 to ensure your goods are ready for collection and to agree a collection time.  Please note for security reasons we may ask you for identification and/or to see the card used for purchasing the items, please ensure you have a copy of the order with you or the order number.

Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel ‘made-to-order’ products under your contract within 7 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.  Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Returning Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the Curved Door Store Ltd  Unit 1 Millennia Park  Thornes Moor Road  Wakefield WF2 8PW, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us.  The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost and arrange to return the goods by carrier
